In 2020, I was part of a small but mighty marketing team driving awareness, acquisition, and education for Amazon’s third-party retail marketplace. We took on the mammoth task of refreshing the front door for Amazon selling partner recruitment. We retired the non-descriptive—and nondescript—services.amazon.com, and “Sell Dot“ was born.
Our focus was on onboarding education, improved UX, and discoverability. I owned core messaging, content strategy for educating prospects, and additional video content production for the initial launch. The site eventually launched in 25 countries.

Also in 2020, I drove a complete content refresh of our full-lifecycle email program, owning content strategy and copywriting, along with creation of fresh video content. Improved open rate, CTR, and HVA adoption.
